The Si [intellectual part of the sex center], in its general function of piloting tactical sexual programs through the reality process of man, also exhibits a more universal trait as its services all kinds of competition for non-sex center goals of all varieties. This “non-sex center” label is quite deceptive. On examination, apparently all competition is sexual -- corporate takeovers, wars, perfidy of all sorts, chess games and weight lifting. The list occupies a thorough gamut penetrating through all mechanical human activity. For those with an interest in non-mechanical human activity a preestablished understanding of this “elephant in the kitchen” is essential.
